Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all screws and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
